1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules and standards governing the use of products and services provided by Piply LLC ("Piply," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Piply's products or services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy should be read together with our Merchant Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Hardware Terms, Support Policy, Fee Schedule, and any other applicable agreements.

2. Lawful Use
Customers may use Piply's products and services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, payment network requirements, and contractual obligations. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their business activities remain compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use Piply's products or services to:
● Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.
● Process unauthorized or deceptive transactions.
● Misrepresent their business, products, or services.
● Submit false or misleading information to Piply.
● Violate the rights of another person or organization.
● Circumvent security measures or access controls.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Piply's systems or accounts.
● Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.
● Interfere with the operation or security of Piply's services.
● Use Piply's services in a manner that creates unreasonable operational, financial, or reputational
risk.

4. Payment Processing Requirements
Customers agree to use Piply's payment services only for legitimate business transactions related to their approved business activities.
Customers may not:
● Process transactions on behalf of another business without authorization.
● Use personal payment accounts for commercial activity where prohibited.
● Attempt to evade underwriting or compliance requirements.
● Engage in excessive chargebacks, fraud, or other prohibited payment practices.

5. Prohibited Businesses and Activities
Piply reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for businesses or activities that violate applicable laws, payment network rules, processor requirements, or Piply's internal risk policies. Approval for services may be denied or withdrawn at Piply's discretion where continued service presents unacceptable legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.

6. Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, login credentials, devices, and business systems. Customers must promptly notify Piply of any suspected unauthorized access, fraud, or security incident involving their Piply account or services.

7. Respectful Conduct
Customers are expected to interact with Piply personnel in a respectful and professional manner. Piply reserves the right to limit or terminate support or services in response to abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct directed toward Piply employees, contractors, or representatives.

8. Enforcement
If Piply reasonably believes a customer has violated this Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, Piply may, to the extent permitted by law:
● Suspend or restrict access to services.
● Refuse to process transactions.
● Require additional verification or documentation.
● Terminate services or customer accounts.
● Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any other rights or remedies available to Piply under applicable agreements or law.

9. Changes to This Policy
Piply may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, services, legal requirements, or risk management standards.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
