Piply Pricing & Fee Schedule

1. Introduction
This Pricing & Fee Schedule outlines the standard pricing, subscription fees, and other charges that may apply to products and services provided by Piply LLC ("Piply," "we," "our," or "us"). This Pricing & Fee Schedule should be read together with the Merchant Terms of Service and any applicable agreements, quotes, invoices, or order forms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Pricing & Fee Schedule represents Piply's standard pricing structure.
2. Payment Processing Pricing
Piply currently offers the following payment processing pricing models. Interchange Plus Pricing Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Piply's standard Interchange Plus pricing consists of:
● Interchange + 0.50% + $0.30 per approved card transaction
Applicable interchange fees, assessments, and payment network charges are determined by the applicable card networks and issuing financial institutions.
Cash Discount Program
Where offered and permitted by applicable law, eligible merchants may participate in Piply's Cash
Discount Program.
Under this pricing model:
● Card transactions are generally subject to a 4.00% service fee.
● Cash transactions are generally not subject to the service fee.
● Merchants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, payment network requirements, and program rules governing cash discounting.
3. Monthly Software & Equipment Fees
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, the following recurring subscription fees apply:
- Service Monthly Fee
- PAX D135 Included
- PAX A920 Pro $30.00 per device
- Additional Device License $20.00 per device
- Add-On Module $25.00 per module
Examples of Add-On Modules may include, but are not limited to:
● Inventory Management
● Loyalty Programs & Gift Cards
● Reservations
● QuickBooks Online Integration
● Future software modules offered by Piply
Availability of specific modules and features may vary.
4. Hardware Purchases
Hardware products are sold at the price quoted by Piply at the time of purchase.
Quoted pricing may vary based on product selection, manufacturer pricing, availability, shipping costs, and other applicable factors. Hardware purchases are also governed by Piply's Hardware Terms and Return & Refund Policy.
5. Professional Services
Professional services are quoted individually based on the requested scope of work. Professional services may include, but are not limited to:
● Website Design & Development
● Managed Services
● Social Media Management
● Branding & Design
● Consulting
● Custom Development
● Other professional services
Pricing for professional services will be provided in a separate written quote or agreement.
6. Third-Party Pass-Through Fees
Certain fees imposed by payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, software providers, or other third parties may be passed through to the merchant at cost where applicable.
Such fees may include, but are not limited to:
● Chargeback and dispute fees
● ACH processing and ACH return fees
● Cross-border transaction fees
● PCI non-compliance fees
● Account updater services
● Payment network tokenization fees
● Expedited payout fees
● External payment gateway fees
● Compliance-related fees
● Other third-party processing costs
Not all fees apply to every merchant or service.
7. Shipping & Taxes
Shipping, handling, delivery charges, and applicable taxes will be charged where required and may appear separately on invoices, quotes, or purchase documentation.
8. Custom Quotes
Certain products, services, hardware, software, integrations, or projects may require a custom written quote. Where a custom quote has been issued and accepted by both parties, the pricing and terms contained within that quote shall govern the applicable transaction to the extent they differ from this Pricing & Fee Schedule.
9. Pricing Changes
Piply reserves the right to modify its pricing, subscription fees, or other charges from time to time. Reasonable advance notice will be provided before changes to recurring fees or standard pricing become effective, unless changes are required by law or result directly from modifications imposed by a third-party provider. Third-party fees may change without prior notice where such changes are imposed by payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, software providers, or other third parties.
