This agreement is automatically agreed to upon purchasing a reservation.

1. Reservation & Fee
The Buyer may reserve a future spot for Piply’s POS system paying a non-refundable $100 reservation fee. This fee will be applied as a $100 credit toward the Buyer’s final purchase price when the Buyer completes the full purchase.

2. Priority Placement
Reservations are fulfilled in the order payments are received. A completed reservation guarantees placement in the queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

3. Reservation Validity
The reservation is valid for 90 days from the first installation. If the Buyer does not complete the purchase within 90 days, the reservation spot may be released. The $100 fee remains non-refundable.

4. Product Updates
The Buyer acknowledges that product details, features, or pricing structures may change before launch. As long as the $100 credit is honored toward the final purchase, the Buyer agrees to the updated version of the product.

5. No Obligation to Purchase
The reservation does not obligate the Buyer to complete a purchase. However, the reservation fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the Buyer chooses to proceed.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the $100 reservation fee paid.

7. No Merchant Agreement or Processing Services
This is not a merchant processing agreement and no processing services are provided until a separate agreement is signed. 

8. Reservation Fee & Credit Terms
The $100 reservation fee is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final purchase. 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
