Piply works to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products and services. Please review the following terms:
Order Processing: Orders are processed once all required agreements, payments and onboarding steps, if applicable, are completed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and service scheduling.
Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery or installation timelines will be provided after your order is confirmed. All timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility: Once a product is shipped or a service date is confirmed, title and risk pass to the customer. Piply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, supply chain constraints, or other factors outside our control.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or installation addresses. Piply is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.
Partial shipments & Backorders: In the event items are unavailable, we may ship available items first and notify you of remaining items and their expected delivery timeline.
Changes & Cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted before the order is processed or service is scheduled. Piply reserves the right to deny changes or cancellations if the order is already in process.
Delivery Adjustments: If estimated delivery, service, or installation dates cannot be met, Piply may extend the timeline and will notify customers of the revised schedule. Payments for pre-orders or reserved spots will remain valid toward the agreed products or services.
